Core metadata (Author, Title) lives in docProps/core.xml. Application metadata (Company, Manager, AppVersion) lives in docProps/app.xml. This tool clears Company and Manager; Application and AppVersion are reset to generic ExcelJS defaults rather than removed, because the format expects them present.
